Most likely, the flagship Galaxy S23 Ultra will receive a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 single-chip system. It is possible that a version will also be released on the proprietary Exynos 2300 chip. The maximum amount of RAM can be 16 GB, and flash storage can hold up to 1 TB of data. The rear camera of the gadget will be equipped with a 200 MP main module. Also, the Ultra version will come with a stylus.
